Innovation is in practice often a complex process, whether that be in a corporate context, small- or medium enterprise, public body or an arms length organisation. Most of the innovation work I engage with is integral to the client organisation and key to my work is tailoring the change process to allow multi-stakeholder bluesky thinking whilst working towards tangible actionable outcomes. For example:

Neighbourhood education
Rethinking education in Bavaria: A co-creative process facilitating teachers, pupils and leadership to work together on turning the schools inside out and find learning environments in every local neighbourhood.
